Dead End

Because I don’t like change, I often find myself fighting to keep things the same. I have a bad habit of holding on to what I’m used to. Willing to combat any opposing force just to keep the hope alive. Ignoring my gut feeling and all those signs that led me to believe it wouldn’t last too much longer. The end was near, and I knew it, so I fought and fought. I fought so hard just to get to a point where I realized I was the only one fighting. I was the only one with hope. I had just enough to get me through the distant days and I had just enough good memories to justify my falling tears… But nothing I do will be enough to salvage the old memories of US.

It was over. We’ve reached a…KittyPerry..png

I had to stop fighting it and finally accept the outcome of our new reality.
